Kees van Duijvenvoorde is an experienced, result-driven Senior Project / Programme Manager, sensitive for the sometimes complex and political environments in which he operates and with more than 20 years experience in the profession. He has an information technology background of over 31 years, and followed the "classical career path" from system analyst/programmer to Global Programme Manager.
Kees has a background in IT-Outsourcing, Application delivery and ERP-solutions (SAP) and has a broad knowledge of different client types and IT environments. He has managed teams ranging from a few local staff to internationally dispersed teams up to 100 FTEs. He has demonstrated to be able to deliver and improve service levels whilst increasing customer satisfaction and reducing cost. Kees also has experience in migrating work to low-cost locations and managing this work building on the relationships with the off-shore staff and the underpinning agreements.
Managing complex programmes where virtual (multicultural) teams, multiple portfolio’s, several third parties/suppliers, multiple risks, dependencies between projects, stakeholder management and strict time-lines are all programme aspects Kees has managed in his role as Programme and Project manager. As stakeholder management is critical to the success of every project in every organization Kees always makes sure the right people are involved in the right way by applying stakeholder analysis and planning.
